Question 1

Does OmniCart supply office pantries in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley?

Accepted Answer

Yes. OmniCart stocks office pantries across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and the wider Klang Valley with snacks, drinks, coffee and treats, delivered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule.

Question 2

How does billing work for a corporate pantry?

Accepted Answer

Everything is billed on one simple invoice per delivery cycle, so there are no scattered receipts or last-minute grocery runs to reimburse.

Question 3

How do we set up an office pantry with OmniCart?

Accepted Answer

Pick a pantry box that suits your headcount, set a delivery schedule (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), and OmniCart delivers and invoices it. You can adjust the box or schedule any time.

Question 4

Can we try it before committing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New offices can start with a free sample box so the team can try the range first. Message OmniCart on WhatsApp at +60 16-527 9739 to arrange one.

Question 5

Do you sell wholesale or in bulk to factories and businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. OmniCart supplies snacks, drinks, groceries and household goods in bulk — by the carton or pallet, at wholesale rates — to factories, canteens, events, retailers and resellers across Malaysia. Message us with the items and quantity you need and we'll send a quote.
